OOPS! Has Britney done it again? The crystal ball-seeing Hollywood rumor mill has whispered to us that Britney is once again relocating– this time moving on to a 10,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath estate in Thousand Oaks, Ca. Brit Brit is not only famous for being America’s famous pop princess, but also for leasing her mcmansions. In recent years, Spears has leased two properties – one in Calabasas, Ca. and most recently in Hidden Hills, Ca.Property records show her new Thousand Oaks 1.8-ish acre home was once for sale for $8.9M, however was last recently available for lease at $25,000 per month. A possible hint as to what Ms. Spears may be coughing up now.
According to The Real Estalker, Britney and the kids have been planning to move to suburbia for a couple weeks now and have finally settled on bringing the circus to the exclusive guard-gated golf community of Sherwood Country Club. Located about 35 miles North of Hollywood, this private, world famous country club community is home to 18-hole champion Jack Nicklaus and tennis pro Pete Sampras who’s currently looking for a buyer.
