After a quick stint as home owners of this particular SoHo home, Alicia and Swizz are looking to make a tidy little profit on the property they bought from fellow rockstar Lenny Kravitz in February 2010 for $12,750,000. Now listed for an eye-popping $5,200,000 more than their not-that-long-ago purchase price, Keys and Beatz are likely to make out like bandits – IF they can sell the property for the asking price. Kravitz didn’t fare so well –  so hopefully Alicia, hubby and baby Egypt fare better in the celebrity real estate game.
