Bruno Mascolo, head of the USA division of global beauty empire Toni & Guy, is selling a stunning Hollywood Hills mansion for $15,750,000.

Perched atop the Hollywood Hills on Blue Jay Way in the famed “Bird Streets,” Mascolo’s for-sale home is a bold showstopper, with floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood windows that illustrate spectacular and unrivaled city to ocean views. The home has 6 bedrooms and every luxury amenity spread out over 7,000 square feet.

Being the head of a big beauty business pays some pretty pennies! Property records we peeped show that aside from this Hollywood Hills mansion, Mascolo and his wife Kyara own a beachfront estate in the exclusive enclave of Malibu Colony. They paid $11.5M for that home in 2004.

Jim Carrey has said “alriiiighty then!” to an offer on his beachfront Malibu Colony home. Property records and The Real Estalker show that the funnyman sold the crib for $13.4M, which is less than the $13.95M he had originally hoped to bag for the home.

While most celebs are moving INTO Malibu as summer heats up, Carrey is going against the grain and departing the celebrity-infested area of Malibu Colony.

The just-sold home has 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, and 2,866 square-feet and is situated on one of the best sections of sandy beach in coveted Malibu Colony. According to public records, Carrey bought the home on October 18, 2002 for $9.75M, which means he made a pretty penny on the sale.

When late night talk show host Craig Ferguson opens The Late Late Show you can see the dotted lights of what appears to be the Hollywood Hills in the backdrop of his set. These might be staged, but in reality, this is where Ferguson calls home as he has recently sold and again bought in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.

As we covered on the Luxe Blog last June, Ferguson put his 1930′s Spanish-style home on the market for a cool $1,195,000 and it has just recently sold for $1,740,000. Despite the lowered price, it still netted a nice profit for the savvy comedian, who purchased the home for only $569,000 in 1997.

Ferguson is now putting down deeper roots in the Hollywood Hills with the latest purchase of a fabulous new $4 million dollar home - one more than twice as large as his last one.

This 6,766 square-foot craftsman style home is set on a secluded property at the end of a private lane, the perfect retreat for someone who spends each weeknight broadcast into the homes of millions of Americans. The main home features eight bedrooms, nine bath, beautiful wood beams and other rustic features, as well as large windows and French doors that let in breezes and that world famous Southern California sunshine.

Earlier this year, comedic couple Anna Faris and Chris Pratt purchased a three-bedroom and three-and-a-half bathroom mini-estate from Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino paying $325,000 more than the asking price. The aggressive buying tactic came as no surprise to Faris because she was determined to stay in the same city, the same neighborhood and the same street as her previous home. To do just that, she obviously needed to snag the home next door!

Buying your next door neighbor’s home has become quite a Hollywood trend. Some celebs just fall in love with their block, yet others have plans to combine the homes and build massive compounds.

The former was the case for Faris as her former home was purchased with her ex-husband Ben Indra. With no compound plans in sight, the exes have now decided to list their former home on the open market for nearly $2.3 million.

The Mid-Century, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is nestled in the lower part of Nichols Canyon in the Hollywood Hills and sits on about an acre of Zen-like landscaping. Now, the NY Post reports that the hot couple are on the hunt for a new place to call home in New York City. Just this week, Gisele was spotted checking out an $11,495,000 duplex in the new Walker Tower luxury development at 212 W. 18th Street.

The supermodel, sans husband Tom, toured a 3-bedroom, 2,800-square-foot condo that includes a 400-square-foot terrace and stellar views of the Empire State Building. Brady wasn’t touring the home with Gisele this week because the Patriots just started their organized team activities in Boston. He is pulling his weight though, as he just signed a lucrative contract extension that will help pay for this pricey pad.

The Post reported that sources close to the couple say the gorgeous duo are shopping the city’s real estate listings and are looking to spend between $9 and $12 million dollars for their Big Apple abode.

Live like a real life action hero in Bruce Willis‘ newly listed $22 million-dollar Beverly Hills mansion. According to the Real Estalker, Willis and new-ish wife Emma Hemming are decamping from this West Coast oasis in favor of their chic condo in New York City.

Property records we peeped show that Willis paid $9 million for the estate way back in June 2004, when he bought the pad from movie industry titan Alan Ladd Jr.

The 1928 Spanish-style residence sits on about an acre acre of land in a prime section of lower Beverly Hills and has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread out over 10,379 square feet of interior space. Outside, a large pool and the surrounding areas are an entertainer’s paradise.

Megan Mullally, most famous for her portrayal of the nasal-voiced, sharp-tongued spitfire Karen Walker on the smash sitcom Will & Grace, has just sold the stunning trophy property in the “Bird Streets” of the Hollywood Hills that she shared with her husband, Parks and Recreation actor Nick Offerman. Originally listed for $12.65 million, Mullally and Offerman accepted an offer to sell the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom estate at 1435 Tanager Way for $9,970,000. According to public records, the duo paid $3.95 million for the estate on March 13, 2003.

The estate has amazing city and ocean views and the listing said it was “must buy.” Clearly someone agreed and came knocking with nearly $10 million.

A high-profile contemporary estate in an even higher-profile neighborhood, the home has been published in Elle Decor (among others) and was known for its ultra clean lines. Mullally and Offerman’s home was touted for its design and quality and location on a quiet cul-de-sac on Tanager Way, which is regarded as the best of all the ‘Bird Streets.’

Mullally and Offerman may now be without this home, but they aren’t homeless by any means. They are resting comfortably at the other Los Angeles home they own, which was purchased by the duo on December 28, 2011 for $4,150,000.

Jessica Simpson may want two kids, but she definitely doesn’t want two houses. After buying Ozzy and Sharon Osbournes’ stunning Hidden Hills estate, she’s listed her longtime Beverly Hills home for $7,995,000!

Simpson purchased the 5-bedroom, 6 bathroom, 5,500 square-foot estate on December 16, 2005, right after she announced to the world that she and husband Nick Lachey were divorcing. She originally paid $5,275,000.

Simpson’s, fiance Eric Johnson and baby girl Maxwell have been living as one happy family in the home for the past few years, but now they’re ready to sell the estate off and nest in their new Hidden Hills home.
