Sometimes 2 isn’t better than 1. After more than 2 full years on the market, Christina Aguilera has finally sold the Beverly Hills mansion she purchased from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Originally listed for $13.5 million, Aguliera never officially reduced the asking price on the home, but according to property records, she eventually ended up selling for $11.5 million – a full $2 million less than the diva wanted for her palace. The deal closed on April 29, 2013, and the buyer’s identity is still unknown.

Aguilera has since moved on to another Beverly Hills mansion in the exclusive guard-gated Mulholland Estates community. Her new 11,000-square-foot estate was reportedly purchased from multi-billionaire and global private equity mogul Tom Gores for an even $10 million.

Her just-sold home was the stage for Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s reality show “The Osbournes” many years ago and is in the heart of Beverly Hills on Doheny Drive. The estate is gated and extremely private and has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms spread out over 10,000 square feet.

Rock & Roll legend Ozzy Osbourne could be your new landlord! The Prince of Darkness and his firecracker wife Sharon are shifting real estate gears and offering up their stunning Hidden Hills home as a $50,000-a-month lease after trying to unsuccessfully sell the home since July 2011. While it’s still listed for sale at $12,999,000, the home just hit the high-end rental market today. The Osbournes purchased the home in the equestrian community of Hidden Hills on August 3, 2007 for $12,388,500. It clocks in at 10,953 square feet and features 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

You may not be able to understand a word Ozzy says, but you can probably glean that he and Sharon have a penchant for pricey properties. While they filmed their eponymous MTV reality show, “The Osbournes,” Sharon, Ozzy, Kelly and Jack Osbourne lived in this Beverly Hills mansion – currently owned by none other than songstress Christina Aguilera. Perhaps being “The Price of Darkness” comes with a real estate curse, because Aguilera can’t sell this ‘Osbournes’ pad either. It’s been languishing on the market since March 2011 with a $13.5M price tag.

Still lingering on the market, Christina Aguilera has just released new photos of her for-sale Beverly Hills mansion – but she doesn’t budge on the price. The updated photos show a glammed-out Hollywood hideaway with distinct Hollywood touches – a beauty salon, lush movie theater, recording studio in the guesthouse, a waterslide with grotto spa, and more.

Since purchasing the pricey pad from none other than the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne and wife Sharon, Christina Aguilera has been caught in the grips of the real estate downturn. After more than a year on the market, there is still no qualified buyer willing to pony up $13,5000,000 for the estate. Back in late 2010, Christina and her soon-to-be-ex husband Jordan Bratman put the home up for sale right as they were heading into their divorce proceedings. At the time, Christina had met a new man friend, and reports around town say that for a time, it was a full house. According to sources, Christina’s brand new boy toy moved in with the chanteuse and her son Max…and her ex-husband. We’d have to assume Bratman took up residence in the guesthouse to avoid the awkwardness. But, with 10,000 square feet, the home is spacious enough to make the strange living arrangements slightly less…strange.

If you’re interested in investing $13,500,000 into a home with such an incredible Hollywood backstory, what would you get? For starters, the home is gated and extremely private. A grand foyer and sweeping staircase lead up to a beautiful master suite with a fireplace, lounge, and his and her baths and walk-in closets. A fanciful children’s room inspires joy and likely brought much of it to Aguilera’s tyke, Max.

Christina Aguilera has had a dizzying year. A divorce, a new relationship, a new career move as a judge on “The Voice,” and now it looks like she also has quite the stack of real estate-related paperwork. Miss Aguilera has not one, but two estates on the market in Los Angeles, and now one has been taken off her well-manicured hands. According to real estate records and some excellent sleuthing by the Real Estalker, we now know that her home was sold yesterday for an interesting sum of $4,653,815.

Christina’s bachelorette pad, perched high in the hills (with views to boot) is the pad she occupied prior to her ill-fated marriage to music executive Jordan Bratman. They moved on to purchase a love nest and family home that was none other than the former home of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. Any one with a penchant for reality TV will recognize the home as the one where the Prince of Darkness and his brood filmed the popular MTV show “The Osbournes.” Since the Aguilera/Bratman divorce, that home is on the market for $13,500,000 and still hasn’t found a buyer who wants a home with that much Tinseltown street cred.

Aguilera’s just-sold home hasn’t been the easiest piece of property to move. It’s been through rounds and rounds of price cuts until Ms. Aguilera found herself selling the 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom home off for almost $350,000 less than the $5,000,000 she paid for it in 2003.

No telling where she currently lays her bleach blonde head at night, but her former home was definitely easy on the eyes.
