Heaton is decamping from her bigger and more expensive Los Angeles- area, Elmer Gray-designed pad, which she bought on October 18, 2001 for $4,850,000. That house is about to change hands to a new owner and comes complete with 6 bedroom, 6 bathrooms and 8,398 square feet. She’s sure to make a profit on this one, which is a nice change from ANOTHER real estate transaction she closed on late last year. Despite her loss, Heaton’s still coming out on top and has a stunning new Toluca Lakes mansion to prove it.
