Jim Carrey is hoping to harness some of his impeccable comedic timing to quickly sell his amazing Malibu home. According to the brand-spanking-new listing, Carrey’s home is “priced for an immediate sale” and available for move in immediately!

Priced at $13.95M, the home isn’t exactly a bargain to the Average Joe. Why the hefty price tag? Well, the 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, 2,866 square-foot home is situated on one of the best sections of sandy beach in coveted Malibu Colony. According to public records, Carrey bought the home on October 18, 2002 for $9.75M, which means he’s set to make a pretty penny on the sale.
