Matthew Perry is back on the small screen in a new show “Go On,” and he must be taking that title to heart when it comes to his real estate dealings. After trying to unsuccessfully sell his modern hilltop mansion, Perry has decided to “Go On” and give it another shot. Today, he has relisted the home for $5,295,000 – a price reduction of $400,000. Perry listed the home at the higher price in October 2011 and got no takers. According to Perry’s listing agent, the property has been leased by an unknown party in the interim.

While he was awaiting the final paperwork on the condo, Perry got another case of the real estate itch and hoisted a spectacular modern Malibu estate on the market with a $13,500,000 price tag.

Aside from relaxing poolside in his new digs, Matthew will also be monitoring his newest addition to the L.A. real estate market. His newly listed West Hollywood luxury condo, located in the Sunset Strip’s famous Sierra Towers, is up for grabs for $2,995,000. This particular condo has Tinseltown written all over it and houses only the rich and famous –  Matthew actually purchased the home from Elton John in 2005.

The south east corner unit features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has views spanning from Beverly Hills to the far west Pacific Ocean.
