Tom Hanks and wife of 25 years, Rita Wilson, are shedding one of the houses from their “Big” property portfolio for $5.22 million. Purchased by the A-list duo for $1.9 million when they were first married in 1988, the home has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and is 6,289 square feet. The gorgeous but rather boring and monochromatic house has large living spaces, a library and even a private beauty salon.

Two years back, Hanks and Wilson made real estate headlines when they paid $26 million for another Pacific Palisades mansion that could easily be mistaken for Los Angeles‘ famous hilltop Getty Museum.

Hanks and Wilson’s other property holdings include yet another Pacific Palisades mansion they picked up in January 2010 for $1.45 million and a beachfront Malibu Colony spread they’ve owned since the early 1990′s.

First revealed by the incomparable Real Estalker and property records show that Miss Hewitt paid $3,250,000 on April 25, 2013. Prior to buying this stunning architectural gem in April, J Love sold a home in Toluca Lake that was the primary residence of her recently deceased mother. Jennifer lived just down the street and likely needed a change of scenery after her mom passed away.

Country star Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, have just listed their vintage home in Pacific Palisades for $2,995,000! Paisley has had a long and successful career as a country singer and songwriter, and his wife Kimberly is most recognizable from her roles as the daughter in “Father of the Bride,” and her co-starring stint in the TV series “According to Jim.”

Scott Marlette, one of Facebook’s first employees, is investing his tech riches into an offline asset – a rare, brand new home in Pacific Palisades, CA. We all know relationships can be a roller coaster ride, especially in Hollywood, and when relationships or marriages come to a screeching halt, sadly we very often see the couple letting go of a huge asset – their home. According to public records, Zadora quietly sold the home to ABR Capital LLC in 2011 for slightly less than $5,000,000. Zadora was originally asking for $10,000,000 when she last put the home on the market in 2010.

After taking a closer look at property records, we discovered that she quietly sold this home in 2011 for just under $5 million.
