“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has moved on, and her high-priced rental has moved onto the market for $2,999,000! Anyone with a Bravo TV “Real Housewives” addiction will recognize the estate on the chopping block as Kim’s self-professed “dream home.” It’s the mansion Kim, now-husband Kroy, and their kids lived in for the past two seasons of “Housewives” and during the spinoff “Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding,” which centered around Kim planning her lavish wedding in the backyard of this very home.
Kim and clan famously clashed with the home‘s owners about the cost of interior decorating services, and rumors of eviction floated around the tabloids for months. Kim claims she was never tardy for a rent payment, and her family had rented the home with the intention to buy. But when the inspection came back $1 million lower than the owner’s rumored $3.25 million-dollar asking price, Kim and Kroy decided it would be a poor financial move to overpay for the home. According to reports, they bolted back to Kim’s much smaller townhouse while they waited out the completion of a bigger, better home.
Anyone willing to shell out nearly $3 million dollars for a stately Georgia mansion (with a reality TV pedigree) would be scooping up a massive brick home on two acres. The listing information claims that the home is on the market for “one million less than the seller has invested in this house.” What exactly did the owners invest in? The estate includes a sports court, a pool with waterfall, outdoor living area, and an elevator. Because one isn’t enough, it’s got three full kitchens, plus a theater, game room, billiard room, au pair suite with full kitchen, gentlemen’s library, caterer’s planning office, two laundry rooms, a gym, reading loft, and sitting area with fireplace, three family rooms, a master suite with morning room and coffee bar, and so much more. That’s a whole lotta house! Kim didn’t want it, but it can still be yours!

On reality TV, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a nasty divorce. Just ask “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrianne Maloff, who is officially divorcing her plastic surgeon husband Paul Nassif. Allegations of abuse, neglect and all-around nastiness have been flying around in recent headlines, painting the split as anything but amicable. While the two may be seriously at odds at the current moment, they have a family matter they must attend to as they proceed down the road to splitsville. The two must sell their sprawling, opulent and expensive Beverly Hills mansion that was featured extensively on the Bravo show.
Brand new to the market today and listed with fellow “Housewives” co-star Mauricio Umansky of The Agency, Maloof and Nassif’s grand estate is going for $26 million. Larger than life on TV and in the listing photos, the Maloof/Nassif French chateau was designed by famed architect Richard Landry and features stunning eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and amazing attention to detail.
The estate is set on approximately two acres of beautifully manicured grounds. Befitting a Beverly Hills housewife, this home boasts all of the amenities that one could ever desire, including a tennis court, media room, wine cellar, swimming pool, and pool and guest houses. Perfect for a high-profile and monied resident, the home sits inside the legendary gated and guarded Beverly Park community.
Here’s to hoping a buyer comes along and makes this a happy home once again.

This week on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the ladies took a trip to Beaver Creek, Colorado so Camille Grammer could have one last hurrah in her massive vacation home in the ski resort town. As part of her divorce settlement from her mega-famous ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, she must part ways with the home, which is actually listed within the city limits of Avon, CO. If you caught the episode, you know the ladies’ time in Colorado was full of skiing, hot-tubbing, nervous breakdowns and a super awkward dinner party. You may have also noticed that Camille and Kelsey shared one heck of a vacation home.
The exquisite home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Other highlights include beautiful pine floors reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago, inviting stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, and an expansive deck with gorgeous mountain views.
The home also features a in-ground hot tub. The convenient ski-in/walk to ski out location is adjacent to an open space dedicated as a wildlife corridor.
Back in the Spring of 2011, the internet was ablaze with Camille and Kelsey divorce chatter, and it was at that time that The Real Estalker wrote about the initial listing of the property. Between then and now, Kelsey may have traded in his agent for a newer model. Originally, Slifer Smith & Frampton held the listing. Now, Joni Taylor of Joni Taylor & Company is the listing agent.
