Amid swirling rumors that Justin Timberlake is set to marry his lady love Jessica Biel any day now, the pop star is reportedly making another very adult move – he’s secretly selling his NYC penthouse!
According to the Real Estalker, JT first purchased Penthouse A in the Soho Mews building at 311 West Broadway in 2010 for $6.56M and is now selling for $7.65M.
Justin Timberlake‘s penthouse features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a gas burning fireplace, and a large, private, set-back wrap terrace. A dramatic glass curtain wall and 10’2 high ceiling offer unparalleled light and stunning views of Soho and the Empire State Building. A grand gallery entrance opens to a living room, perfectly designed to showcase a private art collection.
The kitchen boasts cabinetry of striated elm and smoked glass, Jet Mist granite, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine storage, Miele ovens and dishwasher, a designer cooktop and fully-vented hood. The five-fixture master bath is appointed with Statuary marble, radiant heat floor, an oval freestanding tub, frameless glass-enclosed shower, Lefroy Brooks fixtures and a Valcucine vanity.
The second and third bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms with Valcucine vanities, Jet Mist granite and designer fixtures.
No word on why JT is bringing sexy back to the real estate market by selling this bachelor pad of a place, but we have a hunch it has to do with his impending nuptials.

One of music's most-loved power couples
5 bedrooms, 4 full and 4 partial bathrooms, 6,167 square feet inside and 3,000 outside terrace
Music power couple Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are selling their insanely chic NYC urban mansion for $17,950,000, according to Curbed. After a quick stint as home owners of this particular SoHo home, Alicia and Swizz are looking to make a tidy little profit on the property they bought from fellow rockstar Lenny Kravitz in February 2010 for $12,750,000. Now listed for an eye-popping $5,200,000 more than their not-that-long-ago purchase price, Keys and Beatz are likely to make out like bandits – IF they can sell the property for the asking price. Kravitz didn’t fare so well – so hopefully Alicia, hubby and baby Egypt fare better in the celebrity real estate game.
The Keys/Beatz household is a 6,167 square foot triplex Penthouse with an additional 3,000 square feet of enchanting terraces. Enter via keyed elevator to either floor; this magnificent sun filled loft has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 powder rooms and enormous state-of-the-art windowed gourmet eat-in kitchen, walk-in butlers pantry, separate formal dining room that faces East encased in a glass solarium, an expansive living room with fireplace, library/media room. All the living areas are surrounded by undoubtedly one of the most beautiful private terraces in all of SoHo. A floating glass staircase leads to a separate private master suite complete with spa, pass through dressing area and private terrace. Should a new owner want to make some changes to the place, reconfiguring is simple, as there are no load bearing walls.

Both British-born, Statham graces the silver screen as an action hero, while Huntington-Whitely is a world-famous model
3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,558 square feet
Are Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looking for a new place to shack up together in New York City? The answer is yes, according to the New York Daily News. It has been reported that the genetically-blessed British couple checked out a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath duplex at 136 Baxter Street in SoHo last week. The apartment, which spans two entire floors, is currently for sale for $4,495,000.
The duplex penthouse offers ultimate comfort and privacy with 2 entrances, a wood-burning fireplace, 10-foot timber beamed ceilings, red oak floors, original cast iron columns, exposed brick walls, and full length steel frame windows and over 600 square-feet of private outdoor space off the living room. The kitchen features Valcucine, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances with custom-designed limestone and hand-cut glass tile baths. The unit also has private storage.
The New York Daily News’ inside source says the actor and the model stayed at the condo for “over 30 minutes and Statham even went up and down the stairs repeatedly to check out the view.” Statham was reportedly enamored with the condo’s privacy and bright, sun-soaked rooms. Whether he was enamored enough to make an offer is something we’ll just have to wait and see.
Statham also purchased a West Coast abode from Ben Stiller last summer for $11,450,000.
