Jodie Foster has finally found a buyer for her gated Beverly Hills estate, public records and the Los Angeles Times have confirmed. After listing the 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom compound for $9,975,000 in mid-April 2011, Foster waited patiently for a buyer. That buyer swooped in on the home in the fall, closing for $8,300,000. An East Coast-style home with a brick exterior and lush landscaping, the property included nearly an acre of land, which houses the main home, built in 1949, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a tennis court and a swimming pool.
