Kate Walsh, the gorgeous, fiery redheaded actress best known for playing Dr. Addison Montgomery on Grey’s Anatomy and the spinoff Private Practice, has relisted her glamorous and very “Private” Los Feliz mansion for $4,750,000. She originally tried to sell the home for $3,995,000 in October 2011, but never found a buyer to take the home off her hands for almost a million less than the $4,750,000 she paid for it in June 2007. Lucky her, since she now has it back on market for exactly what she paid for the estate, which means she’s much less likely to take a massive loss on the stunning Spanish-style Los Feliz property.
Walsh’s residence features a large kitchen and family room that opens through French doors to beautiful garden with a spa, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining spaces. The main house is almost 6,000 square feet and has 4 bedrooms upstairs, each with en suite baths. In true Hollywood fashion, one bedroom is now a to-die-for walk-in closet. The gracious master suite has a fireplace, as does the den and the grand scale living room. The estate offers complete privacy and a circular drive way. A large 3-room guesthouse consists of 2 offices, a Pilates studio/gym and an updated bath.

SNL alum Chris Parnell, who is also known for his role as Dr. Leo Spaceman on NBC‘s Emmy Award-winning comedy series 30 Rock and his co-starring gig as Fred Shay on the ABC sitcom Suburgatory, has just purchased new home in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Property records show the actor/comedian closed on the deal on March 15, 2013 and paid $1,700,000 for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,482 square foot home.
Common for the neighborhood, Parnell’s home is a 1920′s Spanish Revival home that got a modern day makeover. Prior to Parnell’s purchase, the home was majorly overhauled. The integrity of the basic structure and character of the house was maintained while the interior was expanded and reconfigured to incorporate the prior owner’s extensive library and art collection. The resulting floor plan organized all the rooms around a new central atrium with a large oculus and surround by an arcade of book shelves.
Outside, a drought tolerant California native landscape was designed using the existing mature trees on the property. Inside, features include: custom lighting with graphic eye controls, whole house filtration system, wood and limestone floors, kitchen and bathroom fixtures from Waterworks, Viking appliances and a 14 panel photovolactic solar system.
This isn’t the first home Parnell has purchased in this hip and happening Los Angeles neighborhood. He also owns another property on Silver Lake Blvd that he purchased on November 20, 2007 for $620,000. That 1,360 square-foot home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With this new Parnell purchase, it’s likely we’ll see his older, smaller home pop up on the open market soon!

Selling his beautiful Bel Air abode has been no laughing matter for the multi-talented, Oscar-nominated actor, writer, directer and all around funnyman, Albert Brooks. Originally listed in March of this year, Brooks is asking $6,995,000 for the secluded home.
The home has a show business history, having been owned by Merv Griffin before being purchased by Brooks for $3,650,000 in 1992, following his critically acclaimed star performance alongside the legendary Meryl Streep, in Defending Your Life. Located on over 2 acres, featuring mature trees and lots of privacy, the property is accessed via a gated private drive. The 5,000 square foot home including 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, is entered through the dramatic living room, which features wood-paneled ceilings over 20 feet high, skylights and massive glass walls that blur the distinction between the spacious home and the well manicured property surrounding it.
Outside there is a tennis court and a large grassy area that could play host to any number of events, either birthday parties or warm summer evening cocktail parties. But the highlight is the pristine infinity pool that looks out over a perfect Los Angeles view.

1,2,3,4,5…no, we’re not running through basic math – we’re tallying up the number of times that Meg Ryan has listed her Bel Air mansion on Stradella Road for sale. Just this week, the ever-in-the-know Real Estalker broke the news that Ms. Ryan was trying her luck again in the real estate game by listing her 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 6,877 square foot home for a new, improved and much lower asking price of $11,400,000.
In 2008, Ryan had the home listed for an optimistic $19,500,000. With no buyers at that price, the asking fell to $14,200,000 and was eventually converted to a $40,000-a-month lease. Ryan has been seen spending much of her time in New York City with her equally-famous musician man-friend John Mellencamp, and she reportedly leases in the SoHo neighborhood.
Now ready to officially say goodbye to the unsellable stunner, Ryan is looking for a well-heeled buyer who wants to get mail at her longtime address. The home’s listing describes it as a museum quality restoration of a classic spanish estate situated on a promontory with wide open city and ocean views across layers of greenery. Wonderful architecture, resort-like grounds and complete privacy make this home perfect for the celebrity set. The interior features stenciled and painted wood ceilings, tiles, ironwork, rich wood floors, and arches. There are French doors throughout that open to a loggia, outdoor dining pavilion and expansive lawn and pool. Other home highlights include a stunning kitchen, generous living room and dining Room, separate bar room, 2 family rooms and a screening room.
Property records show Meg Ryan purchased her Bel Air mansion in October 2000 for $8,500,000.

Deemed “extremely special,” the extensively remodeled 1928 Spanish home is filled with romance and charm in a beautiful tree-filled canyon setting in the flats of Brentwood. The property itself has great authenticity and detailing throughout, as well as an exceptional floor plan. Perfect for Los Angeles living, this home has wonderful indoor/outdoor lifestyle amenities and gorgeous gardens. A gated courtyard leads to large-scaled formal living room with fireplace, sun-filled formal dining room and a fabulous eat-in cook’s kitchen and adjacent family room with beamed ceiling.

Sylvester Stallone and third wife/former model Jennifer Flavin are selling their vacation home in the resort town of La Quinta, CA for $4,500,000, according to The Real Estalker. The duo paid the exact same sum for the Addison Mizner-inspired Mediterranean-style villa in January 2010. In November 2011, the home was listed at $4,300,000, but within 10 days, the price tag jumped $200,000 to its current figure.

The home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is a sprawling 5,173 square feet. A private and gated courtyard leads to the front door that then opens to a living room and dining room and entertaining space with wood floors, stone fireplace, sitting areas and windows that slide open to reveal the swimming pool and outdoor kitchette.
