After a year of turmoil and scandal, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are reportedly selling their sprawling Tarzana home.
According to TMZ, the home has secretly been listed for sale for $3,995,000. Interested? Well, the home isn’t open to just anyone – it’s only being shown to qualified buyers who can show that they can actually afford to pay the asking price.
Khloe and Lamar moved into the home shortly after marrying in a quickie wedding ceremony in 2009. They’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” in the home. In light of recent news reports that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and that Khloe intends to eventually divorce him, it makes sense that the home is up for sale. With less combined assets, the easier it will be for the duo to split. While we’re rooting for Lamar to turn his life around and for the seemingly in-love duo to make it work, selling the family home is usually a strong indicator that things are trending towards divorce.
If you have the cash money to buy the house, you’ll be buying a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom built 7-bedroom home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. Huge grassy lawns and a dramatic entry courtyard make a great first impression as you pull up to the home. Inside, a dramatic entryway leads to luxe living spaces, 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater.
Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s Tarzana home has an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a bbq bit, covered cabanas and a pool and spa.

Star NFL wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles
3,837-square-foot, 4 bedroom, 6 bath
Philadelphia Eagles’ DeSean Jackson has a lot to be proud of. Not only can he say he’s a star player for the NFL, who just recently signed a new 5-year, $51-million contract, but now he can also cross that finish line of becoming a first-time homeowner! After several years of renting in Los Angeles, Jackson has moved on up and purchased a 3,837-square-foot home in Tarzana, CA for $1.65 million.
Being the showman and big spender that he is, this modest purchase does comes as a surprise to some as the multi-million dollar wide receiver shelled out less than $2 million. However, the property exudes charm and personality and is close to his hometown Long Beach, CA. With prime LA location and some pizzazz to fill the appetite of a pro-athlete, the home seems like a perfect off-season retreat for some much needed R&R.
Located in prime South Tarzana, CA, the four-bedroom, six-bath property is a traditional, gated, family home offering luxury and comfort at every turn. The all-white property features beautiful french doors, hardwood floors, crown molding and open living spaces. The living room welcomes you with a beamed ceiling and exquisite glass tile fireplace and leads you to a large family room and elegant dining area with chandelier and backyard access. An upgraded chef’s kitchen is the focal point of the home and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast island and a cute windowsill seating area.
The exterior of the home includes a pool and grassy area, along with a one-bedroom, one-bath detached studio suite with French doors and gaudy black and white checkered flooring.

Seemingly solid Hollywood couple with decades in the business
4,609 square-feet, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, pool, and detached living quarters
Back in August of 2011, we let you in on the news that former Screen Actors Guild president and “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa Gilbert and her soon-to-be ex-husband Bruce Boxleitner were selling their Tarzana house in the wake of their divorce filing.
Since then, the $1,195,000 cul-de-sac estate has sat quite lonely on the unsold real estate prairie. Facing their own real estate reality, the former pair have now decided to go the rental route, placing the home up for lease at $8,000 a month.
The gated home, built in 1955, is modest by celebrity standards and the decor definitely lends to its lived-in look. With 4,609 square-feet of living space, the private ranch includes 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 partial bath, a gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, formal dining room, and living room with fireplace.
A large pool, and an equally large stretch of green grass separate the main home from detached guest quarters. The studio-sized space comes complete with bedroom, full bath and kitchenette.
