Matthew Perry is back on the small screen in a new show “Go On,” and he must be taking that title to heart when it comes to his real estate dealings. After trying to unsuccessfully sell his modern hilltop mansion, Perry has decided to “Go On” and give it another shot. Today, he has relisted the home for $5,295,000 – a price reduction of $400,000. Perry listed the home at the higher price in October 2011 and got no takers. According to Perry’s listing agent, the property has been leased by an unknown party in the interim.

A serial seller who had 3 homes on the market at one time late last year, Perry is serious about high-priced real estate and his portfolio shows us that he definitely has a “type” when it comes to his homes – modern, contemporary with views to boot. This relisted home on Carmen Crest Drive is another beautiful property with floor-to-ceiling glass walls to highlight show-stopping city views. Pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdek has just flip-kicked another pricey property onto the market! Just last month, Drydek took a wild ride down the real estate half pipe, first putting a stunning $2.4M Apollo Drive home on the market and then purchasing a new Los Angeles spread for $2.5M.

Perhaps multiple high-priced Los Angeles properties are too much for one guy to have, because now Dyrdek is selling his home on North Knoll drive for $1.249M. Dyrdek purchased the home on June 3, 2005 for $1,400,000 and then turned it into the main stage for his hilarious reality TV show Rob & Big.  If Dydek can’t get offers over his asking price on this property, it’s likely he’ll lose a little bit of dough.

With a professional athlete husband and a brand new baby, Miss Hillary Duff likely leads a busy life. Now, the singer-actress can check “selling her other multi-million-dollar house” off her to-do list. The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the house that Lizzie McGuire built has just sold for just under its asking price of $6.25M.

While she awaited the sale of this stunning Toluca Lake home, Duff and family cozied into their other home: a 5,260 square foot, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom Beverly Hills mansion, which was purchased in July 2010 for $3.85M.

So what’s the skinny on their dearly departed home? The estate was a unique Mediterranean dream home situated on the prestigious Toluca Lake. Rock & Roll legend Ozzy Osbourne could be your new landlord! The Prince of Darkness and his firecracker wife Sharon are shifting real estate gears and offering up their stunning Hidden Hills home as a $50,000-a-month lease after trying to unsuccessfully sell the home since July 2011. While it’s still listed for sale at $12,999,000, the home just hit the high-end rental market today. The Osbournes purchased the home in the equestrian community of Hidden Hills on August 3, 2007 for $12,388,500. It clocks in at 10,953 square feet and features 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

You may not be able to understand a word Ozzy says, but you can probably glean that he and Sharon have a penchant for pricey properties. While they filmed their eponymous MTV reality show, “The Osbournes,” Sharon, Ozzy, Kelly and Jack Osbourne lived in this Beverly Hills mansion – currently owned by none other than songstress Christina Aguilera. Perhaps being “The Price of Darkness” comes with a real estate curse, because Aguilera can’t sell this ‘Osbournes’ pad either. It’s been languishing on the market since March 2011 with a $13.5M price tag.

According to our sources, Sigler will be spending a whole lot more time in The Golden State as she has recently purchased a cozy three-bedroom, three-bath Hollywood pad for $1.6 million.

According to public records, NCIS star Michael Weatherly and his wife, Dr. Borjana Jankovic purchased a gated, completely private villa for a little over $3.5 million, closing just two days before welcoming their first child together – a daughter named Olivia.

Their new family home was built by designer/ builder Fred Smathers, most known for his reinterpretation of the hacienda of the twenties.
